We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cushioned Canine purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted from customers within the United States only.

Item Condition (Change-of-Mind Returns)

Items can be returned within 30 days regardless of whether they've been used. Just pack them well enough to make the trip back safely.

How to Submit a Return

To initiate a return, you can:
Send us an email at support@cushionedcanine.com and make sure to provide us with your order number and reason.

Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Our main return center is located at: Cushioned Canine, 635 E Angeleno Avenue, Unit E, Burbank, CA, 91501, USA

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please email support@cushionedcanine.com with a photo of the issue and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No need to ship the item back.

Change of mind

If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery; whether the item didn't fit, isn't the right choice, or you simply don't want it; we'll issue a full refund minus return shipping. We'll email you a prepaid return label so you can drop the package off at any carrier location, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Currency

All refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD), the same currency used at checkout.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will be refunded the full amount paid for the item, minus return shipping where applicable.

Exchanges

We are happy to help you if you would like to exchange for a different color, size, or even a completely different product. You can contact us, and we will help you process the exchange swiftly.
