At Cushioned Canine, our mission is to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, and that begins with a shipping policy that is clear, simple, and uncomplicated.

All prices and shipping costs displayed on this site are in US Dollars (USD).

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Shipping

Shipping Cost: Free to all US destinations (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). No minimum purchase required.

Processing and Delivery

Daily Cut Off
Our daily cut off is 2:00 PM (PST) and applies to Mondays through Fridays. If you order after 2:00 PM (PST), it is considered an order placed on the following business day.

Handling Time

Our order handling time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once ready to go, we pass it to our trusted shipping partners!

Transit Time

Our transit time is 10 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Wait Time

Our total estimated wait time is 11 to 18 business days from the time you placed your order!

Shipping Method and Tracking

Carrier Partners
Our trusted shipping partners include USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure that you get your items promptly and safely!

Track Your Order

Once our shipping partners pick up our package, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can then track it on our Order Tracking page!

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any problems with our shipping, such as a delayed delivery, please don't hesitate to contact our customer care team immediately.

Missing or Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us at support@cushionedcanine.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product immediately and email them to support@cushionedcanine.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
